Join Yvonne & Warren for a transformative one day exploration and empowerment session, designed to create space for you to restore, nurture, reflect and invite in your vision for 2026 and beyond.
During the morning we shall ease into the day with some gentle movement practices, guided meditations and shamanic drumming, and inner connection exercises.
A nourishing home made lunch shall be provided, and attendees are welcome to bring something nutritious to offer as part of our lunch gathering.
During the afternoon we shall focus on our intentions and visions for 2026 through inner enquiry, journaling, nature connection and potent visualisation tools.

About Warren:
Warren, originally from New Zealand, empowers people to heal and transform themselves. He is a Father, experienced Men’s Work Facilitator, Conscious Connection Relationship Facilitator, Wellness Coach, Acupuncturist & Bodyworker. He practices Chinese Medicine Acupuncture, Sports Massage and a number of other modalities to help restore wellness to the body on physical and energetic levels. Warren is passionate about Men’s Work having a mission to create a world of heart connected conscious men that are united stronger together in truth and sovereignty, showing the world and the ones we love what true masculinity is.
About Yvonne:
Yvonne, originally from Ireland, and the visionary behind Lakeshore Wellness, is an International Speaker & Wellness Facilitator, with her career pathway taking her from UCD to Pharma, Project Management, TV Show Host, Facilitator & Speaker into full time Entrepreneurship. She is a gifted Intuitive Energy and Sound Healer, with over 25 years experience in the field. Nominated for Kildare Business Women of the Year in 2022, she is a socially conscious business leader who has spoken at and facilitated wellness focused events for clients such as Deloitte, Fidelity Investments, Zest AI, and many others organisations in Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and Canada. She is passionate about empowering people to realise their true potential and inspiring others to live a life of joy and fulfilment through embodied leadership and by sharing her lived experiences in service to others.
