Lake Shore Wellness Centre presents ‘Kings & Queens of Cacao, Breathwork, Sound & Movement’ – Thursday 13th April 7pm-10pm, Russborough Room, The Avon.
Aaron Browne & Yvonne Skelly join their feminine and masculine divine forces to bring you a potent interweaving of cacao, movement, sound healing, breathwork, joy, healing and journeying to your inner kingdom!
Arrive at a very safe and comfortable space, slow down and allow your mind, body and soul to be at peace. Starting with a gentle nurturing from Mama Cacao, then using the power of your breath, tap into your inner power. Feel calm, focused and find clarity in all you need in the moment. We finish the evening with some movement, sound healing and some epic dance tunes.
