Rachel is a Nutrition & Health Coach & Wellness Consultant. She helps individuals and communities to reach their health and wellness goals and is passionate about helping people to change habits.

Rachel began her working life in marketing, then went on to teach business and maths for 10 years. A 5-year career in technology followed this and during this time, she formally study nutrition and health.

Since qualify in this area and becoming self-employed she has also studied Buteyko breathing, qualified as a yoga teacher, and completed a postgraduate in Workplace Wellness at Trinity College, Dublin.

Everyone is unique and Rachel’s approach to working with her clients is just that.  Our unique tastes, lifestyles, cultures, habits, likes, and dislikes drive our daily wellbeing and health choices.  Her focus is on educating people to make informed decisions about the food they eat, enabling them to make healthier choices that benefit both their physical and mental wellbeing.

Her 1-1 complete nutrition and health coaching package includes, a 5 day food diary analysis, consultation, plan presentation, and 3 coaching sessions.

Rachel’s mission is to empower her clients to make the best decisions for their health and to foster a lasting approach so that they can continue to reach their goals. In her free time, Rachel enjoys yoga, being in the kitchen, and spending time exploring all nature has to offer.
